Boiler Service Extra £10

I can service the boiler for an extra £10 while carrying out the Landlord Certificate CP12. Your boiler will be tested to make sure it's safe burning efficiently and filters cleaned. The warranty paperwork will be stamped and signed if the the manufacturers instructions are on site.

If you rent out a property, student let or holiday let and if you have a lodger, you are a Landlord! It is a criminal offence to not have a CP12 and fines are very high. You cannot evict a tenant without a Landlord Certificate CP12 and Insurance on the propery is invalid.
